going beyond our weakness and limits Knowledge has this built-in quality that the more we share it, the more it multiplies in geometric proportions. Knowledge that we take from others and implement means that we silence the noisy part of our mind and new wisdom emerges and prevails. It takes charge, control and changes the deep belief systems. Every time a negative situation happens and the mind does not react and stays calm and stable. This conserves energy and non-reaction to smaller situations saves energy and when a bigger situation arises, the mind stays calm and in control. This continuous practice becomes a habit. On the contrary, if we keep on reacting to smaller situations and keep spending our energy on these smaller situations, then in a bigger situation, we do not have the energy to handle it and our behavior becomes violent and aggressive. To learn to share, The meditation teaches and trains us to shift from reactive behavior to consciously responding with original qualities of peace, love and respect. The feelings have to be internally strong and once this feeling of internal strength is developed, it makes the inside beautiful. When mind is healthy, body is healthy. Daily meditation means daily practice and daily application. This study and practice creates awareness and shifts the person from a reactive behavior to a responsible behavior. That is when we respond with stability, we conserve energy when there is a crisis; we have the energy to face it with calm and stability. It is similar to sales people who are trained to respond with a smile even if a door is slammed on the face. This is on surface training but we can take inspiration and develop this internally
