going to attempt to bike ride if noon temp doesnt kill me. ill be good and wise and use sunscreen, and ill drape a long shirt over me. i just want to clear my mind, and theres nothing for me to do here..........if i can get to the greenway, i can bike down to the TN river. maybe ill see some blue herons or other birds and maybe some turtles. who knows..........my phones about dead, so ill take charger with me. ill take water, too. i ate bfast really early when i was up for first wake!! :) i ate tuna sandwich little bit ago, so i wont starve. i have some cash with me, so i can stop and get a bite. so, well see if this is a great adventure, or a big horrid flop. im not in the best shape physically or internally as i age, so well see how far i get. hopefully i wont get any new age spots today.......:)
