good afternoon boss gov..just read your repost on love boat tours po..i apologize I am not very careful on my postings.conducting an Island hopping tour is not an easy job.lots of things to be considered like SOLAS, tide tables, weather forecasts, MARINA regulations,etc..from time to time I seek pieces of advice from experts and authorites para hindi ako ma-foul..im carrying the life of my guests on my shoulders..with rules governing life jackets po, medyo mahirap talaga pasuutin ng life vests mga passengers dahil sa rason nila na mauuna daw sila mamamatay sa heat stroke kaysa sa drowning...:)..so I read marina.gov.ph/policies/policies_main.html then tried to call MARINA to hear about their side..automatic suot daw upon boarding in times pag meron gale warnings at rough seas..pag kalmado naman ok lang nanjan sa tabi o hawak ang life vests..yun po ang naging basehan ko kaya minsan diko na pinipilit yung guests to wear life jackets on board po..
