good morning,.... Its my adopted sons birthday! If you could meet him, you would say how could you (a senior citizen) and this scruffy, bearded, and tattoed man have a special friendship? All I could say is that God has a sense of humor! Because of this friendship, I have grown stronger in my faith, prayed more, and come to know that you cant judge a book by its cover! Beneath all his outward appearance, this man has a heart for God that compels me to seek more of God in my own life! Years ago, God gave me a burden for this man and we have had a special friendship ever since. We have prayed together, held each other accountable, and weathered thru some differences of opinion. When God brought this man into my life, I thought it was for me to lead him in the faith....not! God had a purpose far beyond what I was thinking. I thank God for this man, for our friendship, for his family, and for (thru it all) making me a better person! Happy Birthday (you know who you are)!
