good morning people . hope you have a great day ...as for me i am doing ok started the new meds and my diet now have to work on getting this blood sugar down it is way to high ...how high is it you asked well it is around 525 this is so not good ...and all i had to eat is a cheese burger and a half of lunch meat sandwich an a very small bowl of cereal ....to drink 2 dr peppers and water and more water and god knows i HATE water tomorrow i start walking to the road an back 4 laps and twice a day weather permitting got to lose at least a 100 lb quick wish me luck ...will keep ya all posted on my progress
