got the horses sprayed with fly spray and their fly masks on. yesterday at tractor supply a lady at the checkout recommended this spray in a blue aerosol can called farm and dairy fly spray. she says it works wonders and is about the same price as the tractor supply brand. when you spray it it fogs and surrounds the horse with the mist. i put the fly masks on first and did that and this morning still no flys bugging the girls. same routine this morning again. i spray the other fly spray on my hand and rub around the muzzle and the fore lock and ears etc the only problem i see with this spray is our famous 60mph winds but by the time they get here maybe the flys will be gone for the season. the stuff does not smell bad kinda like powder.
