great job today at the 9am dut everyone but just a reminder, make sure you register online for your classes, via mobile device, or at the computers located right next to the front desk as you enter gym. If you do not register and show there is a consistent attendance with the schedule, by the end of this year the respective class will be taken away. So please once again make sure to register for the class, if you are not sure how to register ill be more than happy to assist you in doing so. Have an awesome day and see you tomorrow bright and early at 10am!!!!. P.S: if you know you are going to be late please comment here, message me, or e-mail/phone contact, communication is key. that way i have a proper warm-up ready for you. the first 15 mins is crucial. if you dont warm-up for a workout you are putting self at high risk for injury. thank you and enjoy the day.
