Plasticin general gasbecome a scourgeof our sea birds & marine creatures, I saw a doco segment where they did autopsieson the common seabirds, & inevitably found toxic levels of plastic in thr bodies :-( Even synthetic colthing fibres end up in the oceans, which shifted my thinking (altho in my case I NEVER throw any clothing *away* & its almost all come from op shops so I hope thats ok!) Greenwashing is an important issue to learn awareness about, the old *100% recycled* paper ruse, which can be WOODCHIPS from OLD GROWTH forests, taught me to be cautious. (u need to buy 100% post consumer waste paper to be sure its DARK GREEN), xm
