guess it was inevitable. I always give my hair a break between sets. I was brushing my real hair today and noticed a bald spot the size of a half dollar behind my ear. traction alopecia. if you dont know what it is look it up. Its common with this kind of styling but if you do your research you can avoid the hair loss and still wear your braids! I denied for too long that anything would happen and now im going to be selling all my dreads and giving my hair at least a year while i hope I can stimulate the roots to spawn some regrowth. anyone else experienced this or have tips?
