guys ive seen a post stating were gonan have a very bad winter cold temps reaching below 0 and snow, this concerns me over the ferals guys, we need to do more , maybe warm bowls of water , gather wood to make shift shelters for htem to sleep in , im worried about the cold and snow how will they manage this is scarey , ive a large bin , with aflap lid can be insulated and filled with straw and paper , will be a good bed for a few cats , would nned to be raised of the ground, need advice as do I put the insulation on the inside which would limit room or outside
