ha! I tried to post on my http:/Erin at Health Nut News about my weight loss (FINALLY!) for people who wanted to know and their guidelines said my claim of (allegedly losing 30 lbs in 90 days and keeping it off 9 months are unrealistic. Yet i SEE ADS sponsored FB every DAY saying take this pill and get a flat belly - total BS! Oh and I didnt starve myself, I ate well, exercised, took no diet pills (not even natural ones!) unfreakingbelievable. Basically I got a message from this that this really must not be true. Ill still get the videos out there. I might have to just have it on the HealthNutNews newsletter - if you sign up there youre going to get the video, the written info. I must be crazy as I sell nothing at all and do this all and pay editors to help me with videos and amazing new web master I hired yesterday for what? To help people but FB thinks its unrealistic. well its not and I am 90% healthier than I was before then. See I love the curvy figure (All my books in my 50s collection (I have lots) people get me are the 50s pin up books. But as a recoverer of Lyme (or at least for me) toxins held in the fat and i had no muscle tone. Now I lost the fat and am muscular. go figure. Oh but this is impossible FB says or unrealistic.
