I started today, but it will take time to see the results I want. I have already lost two pant sizes, just from being able to be more active, but it isint good enough. I am not happy with the weight I am right now, but I have a goal for 3 to four months that if I stick with it, I will be at my ideal size, not too small though, screw that, I have my mind set on being healthy but not super thin like I used to be. all in due time. anyways, the day is over and I have to get up early in the morning, I have a few things to do tomorrow, so goodnight everyone!
