had the privilege of dealing with NY state of health, the official health plan market place for obumacare today. I got a live person kind of quick (15 min) but the phone system is so bad I could not understand but every 3rd-5th word , took another 20 minutes to finally get to hear and understand the fellow I was speaking to. explained my problems and gave him all the info he asked for, he fed it into the computer and asked me to hold on while he checked on a way to help me. he came back after a few minutes and asked me for the info again. The system had shut down and had to be rebooted , my info was lost! started over gave him all of it again and set on hold again. 15 minutes later he comes back on and needs more info the phone sounds like an echo chamber and I can not understand a word he says. 15 minutes to get the phone working again, give him the info and back on hold. he comes back and it seems the online forms are not the ones that need to be filled out but the info I gave him along with the info from the forms we do get health insurance for Gene. Now to work on ins. for Lauretta I hear OH No and ask whats wrong ? He politely apologizes and ask me to hold. 5 minutes later he comes back on and asks me if I could call back they are having problems with the computers and it may take awhile to get them straightened out !!! Thank you obuma , so comforting after the extra billions of dollars you have spent on your healthcare system computer programs and assured us it is working to know your still batting a thousand. It was just another obuma Lie !
