had to post this.. My son, who is 17, went to school today. He got on the bus and reached in his pocket and pulled out a small pocket knife.. He forgot he had it there. Yesterday he was outside doing some woodworking and working on his snowmobile. Well when he got to school marched right in the office and handed the small knife over to the vice principal and told him what had happened that he forgot it was in his coat pocket and the vice principal almost cried.. He was so proud of my son for doing the right thing and turning over the knife to the office so no one including himself would get into trouble.. When he got home I gave him a hug and told him I was so proud of him for doing the responsible thing and made him and my daughter the biggest pot of baked mac and cheese with a cake for dessert. Love you son..
