have been busy working on remodeling this house ..Trying to get it ready to sell ..So i can retire and get my business started..not that i will have to work anymore but i would like to build another new house on at least 20 acres..I tore the stairs out going to the second floor and redid them with a few winding stairs to lessen the angle and over hang on the stairs cuz the losers that did the second floor addition had no idea what building codes are and how to build stairs.. i think they got them closer to being a ladder than stairs.. but i got em right . just gotta put the final coat on the drywall touch ups and stain the new pieces to match the old
