he was trained to ppound and ground as an mma fighter. perhaps not the best but certainly enough to do some damage. Did it put the man in fear for his life? The one thing I never heard. No fear of life then what justifys the shooting? He takes a beating and calls in the assault. I dont give a damn about he race issues or anything else. he was observing someone he did not know as an over zelous crime watch ass. The fact he even had a weapon says he was playing cop. Observe and report and do as the pigs say is the norm. The "man" had told him to back off. Broken nose, banged up head, obviously was a cowardly I have a gun type to begin with. I think he was looking for an opportunity to use the weapon.
