he who has the gold makes the rules only so long as gold is the driving force behing peoples motives. if people have no reason to care about gold then gold is no longer making the rules. we have been tricked into beleiving a pice of rock is so valuable we shoudl throw away reason and goodness and love in exchange for it. or if people decide there are other things in life worth more than gold, such as peac e love and life, then gold will no longer make the rules.
