health related issues may keep me from returning to doing residential real estate appraisals anymore. well see. anna and i are taking off until sometimes in mid to late november to see how things go. i should be able to still type here and keep a watchful eye on things though. this will also give us some time to concentrate our efforts on conservative junction and helping out with the american freedom network. the two corporations/websites are separate but both have the same goal in mind of uniting conservatives and getting us all to work together. what better way to exemplify this than by conservative junction and the american freedom network leading by example. cj and afn both facilitate conservatives working together online so that we can all play an active role in making a difference in our country. yes, you can make a difference and should. you should for yourself, your family, friends and the nation itself. you should care about leaving your mark on helping make this a better place when you leave it. there are slight differences in cjs and afns business models. ill briefly explain what they are. with cj, what i wanted to do were several things. one being provide a central location where conservatives could connect online and work and socialize together. i accomplished this in two major ways. the first is that on the interactive maps tab, ive given you the ability to just in a few steps, connect with tea parties, conservative facebook groups and websites all from one place. the second is to provide you with a social network where you can privately plan and organize with your peers. everything on conservative junction is free to use. i planned on making a few dollars on website ads...but that pays pennies so it certainly not worth quitting my day job over. as for donations to pay for cj...thats nothing to write home about either. i have just a handful of great patriots who send in a few appreciated bucks occasionally...but thats not why i do this everyday. i do this for the reasons i mentioned above. i do this for conservatism. however, if conservative causes, candidates and organizations bring in as much as conservative junction does...they cant survive. anna and i can because weve done real estate for a long time...but if we want candidates who are focused on straightening the country out...they need money to keep their lights on. if we want conservative organizations and causes that daily go to bat for what we believe...they need money to move conservatism forward. thats why i like the american freedom network so much. their concept and business model is what weve needed for some time. theyve developed a way to fund conservatism where each of us just puts in a few dollars a month. let me give you an example of how it works. lets say afn grows to 100,000 members soon, each paying $10 per month. thats a million dollars per month of which theyre going to give back $760,000 per months to various conservative causes that members will decide on. those donating will also get monthly reports on where that money was spent. that my friends is a true grass roots organization like weve never seen in our country or anywhere before. ive worked closely with them on this project since january and the website was a bit clunky but i saw where theyre going with this and gave them some advice on making the site more user friendly for those of us who want to use it on social media and they have. theyre just about done with making everything be easier to use. i encourage you all to participate in this important organization thats going to make history in the way politics is done here and maybe later around the world. if you want to get involved with this and/or conservative junction...shoot me a message and ill show you how you can.
