hello, I need some ms access help. so I am building a db for a preschool that will push a questionnaire with requests for contact and personal info to the users and their answers will in turn populate the db. pretty straight forward but I have 2 issues. 1. the client requires a medical authorization to be part of the query with yes/no responses. The medical authorization if full of legalese and is not subject to editing. The issue is that it comes in around 300 characters and the max field size is 55 or so. is there a work around here? 2. If I push through the unfinished product for testing with a mail merge, it seems that most email domains accept the email query and allow for responses, yet it seems gmail lets the input fields to be highlighted, yet does not allow end user text input. any help with either issue is appreciated.
