hello everybody out there in facebook land! I just kinda wanted to give you guys a brief heads up...seeing how Im falling in love with shooting video instead of just posting pictures I wanted to be more motivational and inspirational in my approach spreading positivity and brotherhood in the fitness world and in the world in general.....Ive decided that Im going to set up my own nfebodybuilderderrickscott youtube channel soon!!! the channel is going to be fun and exciting of course very positive and motivational Im going to include instructional training videos with my personal philosophies and training techniques that you guys can hopefully use to help you make the gains that youre looking for in your personal journey. Im also going to try to answer any bodybuilding/fitness questions and what not that you may have for me.....I have learned a lot over the years that Ive been bodybuilding and competing but I do not know everything but Ill do my best to help everyone to move forward to the next level in their fitness journey hope you guys check out the channel and subscribe when I finally get it set up and running ....also the video quality will be much much better than these videos that I recently posted haha! ......also to let you know Team NFE is planning on setting up a channel with the whole team as well so be on the lookout for both channels in the near future and please subscribe and support stay positive!Ill keep you posted- NFE Live it!
