..hello friend,..xmas,is,near the corner. And,.turkey is,in,demand again... Im going to give u a,nice recipe of turkey,which u can make in ur home too n make ur xmas,spcl......... Have a,big turkey,with skin.. Marrinate it with oilive oil dried rose marry sprinkle spoonful of meat tenderizer,......drops of worrestire sause,........for filling chops the saugeses,..mix salt crushed black paper fresh parsaly,chopped garlic.. Chilli flakes,..and mix,it with fresh,bread,crumbs,...fill it up inside,the turkey.. Seal bottom of the turkey,.so that the filling cant comes out... Keeps,is,in the fridge one day before the party....... Next day 4 hours,before the party in a oven tray set the turkey cut big slices,carrot, cellary ginger garlic, bay,leaves n chopped onion with skin..... Set for the cook in a high pre heat oven... Turn turkey time to time... Check it with fork wheather that cooked or not. It should,be soft cooked,n tender.... Make a sause,mix with some white wine.. Serve it with roasted potatoes,brocel sprouts greens,n mashed potato....... Serve whole... Wow... Now enjoy..... By,master chef.. Sharad pandey,....
