hello. i am new to this monarch community. i just became a certified monarch waystation. between may and june i raised and released 37 beautiful monarch butterflies. in the past three weeks i have seen a few butterflies around - but no new eggs or cats around. can someone please explain to me the migration pattern - specifically in southern california - los angeles area. i know there are still sightings around santa barabara (a friend was just up there and saw a bunch of them). have they all moved on... and when can i expect them back ? most of the information i have read concentrates on the east coast. thank you. i am happy to be part of the effort to help the beautiful monarch butterfly :)
