hello im new in this group im smoking for a long time and i dont talk about sigars. i have my own restaurant in the south west of french. ( dordogne } one of my specialties is smoking fish, duckbreast. next month we have a special month with only beef and veal on the menu. so im making real authentic pastrami the meat is in the brine at the moment yummie i cant wait ;-) here are some photos of my smoker if you want info or recipes let me know !!
