help I am a DESA and I have 6 explorer units and a district young leader unit to upload. I have several questions: 1) I have been preparing a single upload sheet with varying standards of information) for the 6 explorer units but I am not sure how I allocate the explorers to their individual units on the upload sheet. 2) I thought I saw something that said I could only do one bulk upload is this correct? 3) I then have the YL unit to add. I have very little info for them so will have to put not known for many entries then manually amend after is this what others have done? 4) I dont have joined explorer dates in many cases never mind joined scouting so I am using the earliest date I have knowledge of, but I know these will be wrong in a lot of cases so will I have to ask Gillwell to correct each of these IF I ever get the information 5) I have also looked at the standard information form and it feels really intrusive asking about parents occupation details. Will we be expected to keep all this information up to date including details of the parents occupation? I was really positive about all this but now I am not so sure.
