here at fairytale we do our very very best to squeeze everybody in when they are needing a certain outfit for a certain day.. we go above and beyond for our customers and expect the same back. yes we are a business but we do not need to be spoken to rudely. our order time is 4-5 week wait unless wehave said personally to you other wise. a christening dres was ordered and asked if we could fit her in we said yes if you pay today. payment was 4 days later and we STILL thought no we will do her this favor. We have made the ladys dress and shoes for her christening and told her the dress wil guaranteed reach her a week before the christening .. after receving lots of rude messages and trying to reply in the nicest possible way (repeatedly explaing that her dress would arrive in time) we will now refund the lady and she will have to go elsewhere for her christening dress ( as threats arnt the answer).. she still has plenty of time and should of thought about that before the rude messages considering we was doing her a huuuuge favor putting our own customers off to serve her.. threats and rude messages will not get anybody anywere.. our customers are so patient and we couldnt be more thankful... we love all of you and try our best with everybody ! thankyou to everybody baring with us over messages.. we are up the wall but WILL reply to you as soon as possible! To all the people who have needed there dress for a certain date (passed our order time) dont worry ur dresses will be there plenty of time before needed just like we said :) Fairytale xx
