heres a no brainer for ya. Arizona banned them way before Ca did, but what they do allow is you to open and operate as a non profit. hmmm! research and good lawyers are a must.i had a dumptruck the first timeand they wouldnt allow the new lawyers defend my case. so they went by what the other lawyer for another case had to say. and my company and lawyers were at the appeals, said they was the stupidest lawyers, maybe thats why we lost.wish my case would have been the one they used instead of combining them to that other cases defens. my lawyer is a retired gaming commission lawyer, he could have ate them up had he been allowed top speak and defend.regarding the Arizona non profit. see we opened up as a non profit, the owner is the manager so he can write his own salary or percent of the profits, and all employees, by the time he gets paid so much that theres little left to donate, he goes to the grocery store or the where they have a donate a dollar to help a kid, and he chooses that as a charity. so every week when he does the books and his payroll is super fat, the 100 bucks he has left after paying himself and an employee, he donates to his charity. well, we been doing it for awhile with success and no legal issues. heres another hint for ya, Utah, banned all internet cafes and sweepstakes statewide. but they didnt ban promotional sweepstakes. so what we did was opened a business center, like everyone claims to be right, except we actually have a business center, what I mean is we gave a computer repair guy free rent and a place to do his business, with that we get 10% of his sales and service. so therefore when he does $30 in work or sales we get $3 from it for rent and it makes us legal to give $3 in promo to that person for 10% promo on a sale of a legitimate business. also we sell some supplies and office items. refurbished laptops so on. some to go phones and accesoriess. so basically they get 100% on internet time, and 10% on retail sales or services worth of free sweepstakes. whats funny is were the only ones open after a lot more than bako had were shut down. but we reopened with that legitimate business and then they came, heard we reopened ready to force the law, but they left saying we were perfectly legal now. so what im telling ya is add some legitimate retail and services. give 10% free sweepstakes on that and 100$ on the phonecard or internet time, it will make them think twice and your sweepstake is legit and you are offering real products. phone covers, chargers, paper penns, get some cheap bulk online, doesnt matter. if you read the arguments on turnto23news when you ckick the rulings, you will see that the only argument the DA had and needed was we didnt offer any real products or service, we sold phone cards and internet time, no one used the internet or phone cards during the investigation and that was all he needed to convince the three judge panel, so take this advice or leave it, but if you try and stay open, I do promise that they will have harder time saying you were just a sweepstakes gambling café. may even skip you and try and figure how you managed to pull that one on them. throw em in a loop. we open all our new locations regardless in Ca or other states with legitimate businneses and services, cell phone repair, comp repair, accessories and much more. I tell you and all others, because im ahead of the game. gd luck.
