hey all--sorry to be such a downer amid our holiday festivities but I feel like i must send out this smoke signal. early this morning, i was forced out of bed to see what was causing so much noise. waking me up is NO EASY task btw so you know--it was extremely loud. when I looked outside my window, i saw two cop cars, a suburban on a tow truck and a bunch of people outside. i went outside to get a better assessment and saw another cop car pull into the cul de sac. there was a brand new car--no plates yet--on the corner with the front bumper torn off. the suburban had some damage as well. this morning i found out the driver of the suburban was drunk; lost a tire; clipped the new car and veered into two other cars parked a few feet ahead. the drunkards then parked the truck in the cul de sac and tried to walk away. they dont even live around my neighborhood! the cops had been following them so they didnt get away. thankfully, no one was hurt! but had those cars not been there--there is a possibility the suburban couldve plowed onto the property! i love fun and good times to infinity but this was a wake up call for sure! we have convenience at our fingertips with uber and lyft--lets all take advantage of them when we have to!!! --okay, nuff said--carry on..
