hey everyone , my name is chouaib and I am not from an European country ; I am from an African country . After being accepted into The EYP of Sweden Uppsala Sessions ; which was an amazing experience I wanted to relive the experience again ; so I applied for multiple EYP Sessions ; I was not accepted because I was not European ; but what I find really strange is that people think that The EUs politics only influence Europe but the truth is ; it influences us (North African ; EX_colonies *countries ) ...The EU is all about equality and I would like to see more of that ; when you are discussing the issue of the Islamic state or international relations ; Islamophobia ....all of those affect us and we live inside of those situations ....Dont you think we should have a saying in this ?? dont you think that the EYP sessions should accept more delegates outside of Europe ?? I hope you understand because it was and it frustrating knowing there people with less skills than you and dont know anything about your culture and society but judge you and make laws that can hugely affect your life and the lives of entire nations . I believe we too should have a saying ; as we are educated (I am a human rights activist , I am written in multiple online western magazines and blogs about human rights , I am almost finished with a degree in human rights ; I work also for Amnesty International and other NGOs and I am still studying in high school ) this is just an opinion and I hope none is offended by it ; I meant no harm
