hi Guys, wanted to thank to all of you who voted for my designs in Talenthouse contest with Jessie J. Thank you for sharing, voting, all kind words- it means a lot. FOLKmania has not won this time, its a shame as the financial reword would help me to buy the fabrics, and promo of JJ would be a dream come true. But I promise you (and myself) I will make it happen! I miss my sewing machine terribly, and miss making stuff. But you all realise how the world works now: There is so many amazing creative people in London and on-line, and it is not easy in this competition to makes ends meet. Artists under sell themselves, so then they dont have money to create... and you find yourself in a vicious circle. Hand made fashion doesnt sell. I guess there is certain type of people, you might call them idealists... if you are kind, or just idiots- if you are realist yourself:) this type of people will create not for financial profit, but for the profit of... soul? enrichment of mind? to live:) so I will keep you posted, but I invite you today to the premier of FOLKmania.
