hi all... sharing to you a japanese dish that ive learned to cook when i visited my dear aunt in yokohama japan... JAPANESE CHICKEN CURRY ingredients: 1 whole chicken,chopped 3 Tbsp.butter 1/2 C white onions,sliced 2 C potatoes,sliced 1 C carrots 1 pack japanese curry paste(Topvalu brand) heres how: →in a wok,saute the onions in butter till transparent in color. →add the chicken and cover w/lid and let all the juice comes out →add the carrots and potatoes,mix and add 4 C water and bring to boil →when potatoes and carrots are cook,add the japanese paste and mix till it melts. →boil till your desire sauce and serve... DONE... happy eating... ♡
