hi batchmates! Good day! It has been 10 years since we graduated from high school. Our 4 years of learning in the classroom has indeed helped us in becoming who we are today. Also the classmates, friends, mentors and experiences that we had made a long lasting impact to each of our lives. With this, as a batch we would like to celebrate our success and failures, laughter and tears for the past ten years. We propose to have a batch reunion on December 2014. We had done initial meetings with some of our batch mates to get the ball rolling. We encourage volunteers for the upcoming event. Here is the minutes of the online meeting done last night through facebook: I. Date of reunion - December 27, 2014 (saturday) whole day event morning-motorcade, mass, fun and games lunch-potluck/kkb-need to be discussed afternoon-fun and games dinner-buffet dinner and program II. Venue - initial discussion BNHS morning event- field dinner- gym would there be anybody who is willing to write the letter to the school principal for this? (basin naay lakas?) (For the specifics we need to do another meeting to finalize everything) III. Committees -We need volunteers for the head of the committees: -Head can get 3 or more members to help him/her in the preparation, dont worry we are very willing to assist. This is just to make sure that someone is making sure that everything is in order. -requirement for head of committees- should join agreed meetings :) i. Food and Venue ii. invitation iii. registration iv. morning event program v. evening program vi. ways and means (solicitation) vii. documentation viii. games ix. prizes x. motorcade xi. t-shirt(this is a suggestion, still needs to be discussed) xii. giveaways -please comment or pm me, lyndon ramos, jojo sulatan, elvis cabusas, melody ravelo if you want to volunteer as head of committee. IV. Registration- we have proposed to have a pre-registration of 200 starting october. november 300. december 400. the earlier you pay the cheaper. :) VI.
