hi everyone I got up and got dressed to go to curves for women with my mom. then had breakfast. drank my orange juice while I took my vitamins. drank my coffee while I watched the morning news. sue I will see you at the gym on Monday. after working out then went to work. after working out went and got my hair cut with my mom. then had lunch with my mom from mcdonalds. then took a nap with my dog. read the papers outside on my swing. watched some tv this afternoon. watched the young and the restless.sunny mild high of 70s. loveing the sunshine. we had bluegills suddenly salad a tomatoe and zucchini mixture for dinner. and ice cream for dessert.
