hi everyone Im new to this site. Im asking because Im newly retired and I have never ever cooked that much. I was in the healthcare field 42 years and worked long hours so most of our eating habits were either take out or rustle up whatever we could get. well I would like to learn how to cook. Im a senior citizen and I know that sounds terrible. but now Im home and I just need some recipes that are simple.... I also have recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis is very hard for me to stand in a long time. I love the crockpot idea...... and for all you ladies who love to cook I need your help....... god bless and have a good day
