hi guys so i was making dry rub for some steaktips i messed up the recipe and it tasted better then the right recipe would have so here it is. 3 tablespoons salt* 2 tablespoons sugar (brown sugar is recommended but white works to) 1 tablespoon pulverized crushed red pepper 2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika 1 tablespoon garlic powder throw all that in a bowl rub it into some steak tips and save the rest for later.
