hi mommies need advice.... For the past few days Ive been consuming all sort of foods to boost my milk.. such as the overnight rolled oats with chia seed,flax seed, I had crab,salmon , I boiled red dates with dried longan, I take fennel tea, n finally I baked tat lactating cookie.... I was hoping for a good yield by today.. but sadly looks like these are my worse two days.. so little milk compared to my normal days.. what should I do? Cont this foods n wait??
