hi sarathkumar, central governemnt is very worsly reluctant towards our tamil nadu railway single line & double line projects Railway planned a new 85 km railway route from salem to karur at a cost of Rs229.88 crores in 1998. But it was complete only in november 2012 and opened for traffic on 27 may 2012 (26-06-2013 Dinamani). Rs. 229.88 crores project planned in 1998 was completed only after 15 year at an increased cost of 840 crores inflicting loss of 610.12 crores. The work which can be completed within a year or two was prolongedto 15 year. India is to be ashamed for this. How do you feel mydear Sarathkumar & value other viewer. In Europe a 454 km long railway line was laid from London to Parias, which also includes km long route under the sea within three year tta 25 In Europe Report · 10:37am after inauguration of this railway route the journey is more convenient and cheaper to me and U couple and also passanger who used travel by air.
