hi zane.... im 18 yrs old now... i have a 6 yr old son... my mama have my baby since he was a baby...she dont want nobody to kno the truth...everybody think that my son is her baby... hes supposed to b my brother bcuz she dont want nobody to know the truth...its not my fault that i had a baby wen i was 12... she aint believe me so its her fault...i really want my son back but she wont give him back....she told me wen i turn 18 i could get him...wat should i do? He aint her son... MY RESPONSE: You need to call the courthouse, tell them what is going on, and see what they say. They have people there who can point you in the right direction. You also need to contact legal aid in your local area and see if they will help you. I sense from reading between the lines that you were molested or raped at 12 years old and your mother was not comforting and did not believe you. Please email me back and tell me if that is the case. She is trying to push something under the rug but a child is not a piece of lint and that is not going to work. If you want to mother your child, you should be entitled to do so. I am going to pray for you but please give me more details. It almost sounds like someone needs to be prosecuted behind all of this and the statute of limitations may not be up.
