A CSIR resolves issues and concerns customers have with their directory advertising and billing account; and accurately answer inquires regarding the company, the product, and the market. CSR’s also are a primary point of contact for the Premise and Telephone sales channels concerning customer account questions/concerns. CSIR must be adapt at maneuvering throughout the DIAD system to quickly research and resolve issues and concerns expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce repeat inquiries. CSIR also serves as back up for level 2 and provides assistance during heavy call volume for the payment queue.
