hiring 3-4 Sales Trainees on behalf of PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. These Sales Trainees would be on training for 6 months and would then be given independent responsibility of Customer Executive handling a territory. Please find below the details of the proposal. CTC details: • The CTC during training period will be Rs. 2.70 lacs per annum. Rs. 7 lacs life insurance and hospitalization expenses on actuals are in addition to this. • On conformation after 6 months the CTC will be Rs. 3.27 lacs per annum. In addition to this the incumbent will also be paid sales incentive. Rs. 7 lacs life insurance and hospitalization expenses (Paid on Actuals) are in addition to this. Eligibility Criteria: The eligibility criteria for the Candidates are: • Minimum 55% throughout Academic journey • No location constraint • Fresher • Age –Up to 26 years Other Contractual Details: • We are looking at the mix of students from Rural and Urban backgrounds. • At least 30% of selected candidates will be females, so we are looking at gender representation. • Cinque Education will charge facilitation fee of Rs. 25,000/- per FINALLY selected candidate + Actual Travel and Accommodation charges for two assessors from Delhi. The same has to be borne by the college/institute whose students are getting selected. Only after the payment of this facilitation fee, will the incumbent be allowed to join PepsiCo. However any payment whatsoever has to be made only after final selection as been declared.
