hive mind help! Ive been working on this for a couple of hours with no luck. Im trying to start icloud on my iphone, but the apple id it has for me is way old and an email account i no longer have access to (aol!). By the book, the fix is simple -- delete the old account and start a new one. but I have tried to delete that account, but my usual passwords dont work and the security questions are wrong (it doesnt recognize either my wife or my birthdates ... the first question). in short, i cant delete the old account in order to update it to my new apple id. Ive looked online and it appears this is a known glitch in the new apple security arrangement. but does anyone have a clue how to get around it?
