hnn nawa-o will he or wont he..... Alist 22% of nigerian who are having one disability or the other is not is not a small amount of people to to be ignore politically this is indicating that this Guy (mr presdent) is Totally cumpuse he is signing the DISABILITY BILL in order to gain our love so that we can Vote for him 2015 WHAT EVER THE CASE MAY BE i think is a good indication towards the 22% of people living with disability in Nigeria.
