how can I possibly go one day without the fond memories of Ulladulla? ...........when the Italian real estate agent, John Ruggerio from Harcourts Cowleys (where Kaye Puglisi works) sold us this house, between Mr Dean and the Williams/Tyquins, with their legal, building, liquor and gambling connections throughout town,................ and when we listed with local real estate agents, for a decade, Raine and Horne, being the longest, who we thought you could trust?.................. with owners Dale/Monte(friends of Puglisi)/Pryde? instead of selling we just had a change of neighbours, their friends and associates, and abuse became more intense with a suprising response from local police? our new neighbours were.......... Vella & Bartolo, Oliver (local security run by Italians and Bikers) and Matthews/Steel/Graeme (friends of the Tyquins and into the Ex-Services Clkub and IMB) also with strong family and friend connections with Ray White, LJHooker etc............ and then local agents rent a four bedroom house to a prison officer and parole officer? well I suppose that is a suitable occupation for my sale? I would suppose they started off in the local security industry?.......it does look like that no sale realistically can or will eventuate after this period of time and surrounded by these people with their connections in this town and the organised team approach? so my summation of the area could only be that it is extremely criminal and corrupt and very well organised, well I suppose we are talking about someones property and family investment. Not a very nice group of people involved.
