how can you continue to do the same thing over and over, then expect different results. what good has the previous devaluations brought to our Naira? for the past 8 years in Trinidad and Tobago, their currency has remained stable at 6/1US. In Barbados, another smaller Island country, their currency remains 2/1US. in fact, Naira is not even quoted in international market. Nigeria leaders are unpredictable, hence the economy is not predictable resulting in very low foreign investment
