how do you counter forced change of guardian or rather the dead mums inheritances..... husniah.nhhco@gmail Today at 9:46 AM dear puan, the following are terms before we sign: 1.we need a letter signed by nurdiyana yazeera confirming she knows what is happening. 2.we need proof that funds must and will be in a joint account of both hasna and nurdiyana, both signatories and atm card only held by diyana.any altercation of this will mean a default to this agreement and terms then null and void. 4.that nurdiyana will NOT refer to me or my family if anything goes wrong with the funds like misappropriation , cheating, forgery etc. 5.that my inheritances, upon my death,are not automatically given to her despite she is my only child ,unless there is a written consent by me. 6.she can , upon marrying, seek wali hakim as the wali. we will only sign once these terms are in writing with needed proof furnished and signed by nurdiyana with you as the witness.Thank you.
