how the 1% became the richest in PH? -those joined the govt, those who build dynasty business. its in front of our eyes - CONGRESS became the biggest criminal syndicate via their bogus foundation COHORTS. the most corrupt legislators became the most wealthy, and riches are scattered, most offshores, vast properties hidden, bank secrecy law made them to hide loots, undeclared assets but their numerous wives, women and children cud not be hidden, their evils cud not be hidden for more. they are untouchables, have legislative immunity w c MUST END.
