https://facebook/1deezd/posts/564885226953019?stream_ref=1 As I was reading, I remembered I forgot my nutrition drink. When I quit getting first place or second place, maybe ill switch nutrition shakes. The one Im on now is near empty. I know Ill be blaming something other than effort to explain my daily improvement. I have no idea what else I can do to add to my speed besides nutrition shakes and every day improvement. Well, I could take vitamins, but I lost my old ones and fish oil too. Maybe Ill be getting both of them. It’s exciting to see I every day improve my speed walking. I began working out three hours ahead time instead of two hours, so that could be a reason I keep gaining speed I havent thought of. Just imagine if I every day improve my speed walking and become a pro and have more sponsors than Tiger Woods and Air Jordan! Loll! It’s ok to dream!
