In the existing Business mechanism there is happazard growth means there is excess to some body and there is defficit to others becuase of there is no proper Income profit sharing system In case of Joint venture of 40: 60 what happens 40% of the income Profits will Go to Farmer or land owner and 60 % of the income profits goes to Buider or Developer. This mechanism of Growth is hapazard in nature and stopped by Government in most of the BDA Cases because the proportion of income profit sharing is not correct since just giving land income 40% share is more to farmer and the Developer or Builder again out of 60% how it is shared is not properly defined in the present system of 40:60 Mechnaism is not correct. In case of BDA of 40:60 Mechnaism of layout developments the people could not develop since lot of BDA Layout cases are in High courts and supreme courts from 14 Years and no body could not develop Here the correct system and Mechnaism of development of people is hence guided as follows the income propfit sharing system. 20% Should go to Government ( Government should not levy any other taxes ) 20% should go to Farmer or land owner for Joint venture for land acquisition for Joint development 20% should go to Investor or Share Holder of Developer company 20% should go to Developer Company as net profits 20% should go to the Employers/Employees of Developer company 5% to Management employers share equally 5% to Technical staff of Company share equally 5% to Non Technical staff of company share equally 5% to Labors of the Project share equally Until like this we if income profit sharing in 5 equal parts does not happen then there will be excess to some body and there will be defficit to others and people grow in happazard way without above said mechanism. Here in the 5 equal parts income profit sharing system Suppose if Mantri / Sobha or any other Builder or Developer construct with a piece of land say 100 Houses Then the sales of 100 Houses Income profits should be shared as follows 20 Houses Income Sales profits should go Government 20 Houses Income Sales profits should go to Farmer or land owner 20 Houses Income Sales profits should go to Investor or Share Holder Profits 20 Houses Income Sales profits should fo to Developer company or Builder 20 Houses Income Sales Profits should go to Employers/Employees of Developer company or Builder company should share as follows 5 Houses income sales Profit should go to management employers of Developer company to be shared equally 5 Houses income sales Profit should go to Technical staff employees of Developer company to be shared equally 5 Houses income sales Profit should go to Non Technical staff employees of Developer company to be shared equally 5 Houses income sales Profit should go to Labors of the Project staff employees of Developer company to be shared equally It is Not only in case of construction company but i am telling for all companies have to follow the system of 5 equal parts income profit sharing system to be folowed then there will be no corruptions of hapazard growth of developments among the people. Suppose if Reliance company Quarterly Income Profits is Rs 5000 Crore before taxes then the income profits of Reliance or any other company should be shared as follows 20% 1000 crores should go to Governemnt Again 500 Crores Should go to Central Governemnt and 500 Crores should go to State Governments 20% 1000 crores should go to Investors or Share Holders of Reliance Comapny made in proportion of equity and to be shared 20% 1000 Crores should go to Reliance company as Net Profits 20% 1000 acrores should go to Reliance company employers/employees as follows 5% 250 Crore should go to Mangement employers of Reliance company to be shared equally 5% 250 Crores should go to Technical staff employees of Reliance company to be shared equally 5% 250 Crores should go to Non Technical staff employees of Reliance company to be shared equally 5% 250 Crores should go to Labors or workers staff of projects and plants should be shared equally Like this all companies the quarterly Income profits should be shared in 5 equal parts before taxes because i am telling the taxes hapazard system we all could not grow since the indian corporate companies have to pay 50% to 60% of the taxes will go to government is again hapazard way of development. In russia there is corporate taxes of 70% payable to government by corporate companies and gain there is happazard way of development excess to some body defficit to others. Hence the income profit sharing system is best for overall dvelopments of any state /Nation and our political leaders have to do this to see uniform developments among the people of state with 5 equal income profit sharing system of mechanism to grow all in proportion and equality. All our political leaders like Prime minister/ Chief ministers/Ministers/MLA/MPs / Courts / Judges /Lawers/ IAS Officer Commisioners should have to do this system which i have allready initiated and and all have to grow in equality and proportion then we see overall development of all state / Nation with rapid developments among the business world with the uniform growth in all the working people and all can grow without corruptions
