I began filming myself talking about different fitness issues so that I could learn how to express myself more clearly. Honestly, even though I do not have near the following as many of my compatriots, Im really happy with how the channel has grown and about the number of people Ive helped. The best thing about it is that I havent had to change my message or who I am to do it.
