I was my own mentor on this one. I used Ronnie Manes from punch construction on the initial rehab to get it cash flowing. I put in around 60k in rehab to get it up and running. I shared the current numbers in a previous post. I am showing the scary before video. Most properties my students buy are easy ones that need Little work i do the extreme ones myself but this helps me to teach others we can do them in any condition.
