I am posting this because I hope any athletes seeing this on my page take note of the opening quote: Its not how good you are, its how good you want to be I see athletes a lot who have settled, who think they are good enough and who dont think they need to work for it. If athletes who are at the top are training hard then the athletes who are NOT for sure better be doing something to get better. One of the girls in this clip finished 4th in the state for long jump last year for 3A schools and we have even bigger goals for this year. So not trying to offend anyone but if you are NOT the 4th best long jumper in the state how could you possibly think you are good enough already when the girl who is the 4th best is in the gym 4 days a week working her butt her off to get even better than she is now? Hepler Strength can develop athletes in all sports. Dont sit around making excuses if last season didnt go the way you wanted it to. Do something about it. Contact us today.
